I had a lovely stay at this hotel, tucked away in a beautiful valley with stunning views and a design that’s truly unique. The rooms were enormous and well-appointed, making it a perfect place to relax and disconnect. The only downside was the dining experience; the coffee was a bit weak and not worth the price. Overall, it’s a serene getaway with great facilities, but the dining could use some improvement.

The rooms were spectacular and huge, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom stocked with excellent products. It was a special touch that they prepared roses, chocolates, and even a birthday surprise for me.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. My only minor complaint was about drinking beer in plastic cups in the private pools.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is stunning, right in the heart of the Andes, and I enjoyed the soothing hot pools nestled around the property. The rooms have a cozy cabin vibe, although they definitely need some renovation, especially the bathrooms. The service was friendly and accommodating, but it was a bit slow at times. Overall, it's a nice place for relaxation, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

The rooms gave off a mountain cabin vibe, which was really cozy, but they could use a renovation, especially the bathrooms. The heated floors were a nice touch, but it was odd that the bathroom didn't have them.

The location of the hotel is spectacular, surrounded by stunning views of the Andes mountains, and there are great walks available right from the resort. It's an incredible spot for those looking to relax.

I found the dining options to be a bit pricey for what was offered. The variety was decent, but I thought the breakfast could have been more generous with fresh fruit and better-prepared pancakes.
Facilities

The facility features several small hot pools, which were lovely and well-maintained. However, the overall amenities could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel nestled in the Andes mountains. The little cabins were cozy and perfect for disconnecting, plus the thermal pools nearby were a big hit. The service was attentive, but drinking beer in plastic cups while lounging by the private pools was slightly off-putting. Overall, it felt like great value for my money given the unique experience and stunning views.
